Our take on Creole pulled chicken. Organic and free-range chickens from poultry farmer Javier Janga. Homemade sriracha mayo, plantain, cashew cream, salsa verde, and sweet & sour cucumber. Served with rice and stir-fried vegetables or a baguette.

Waffle cookie with a scoop of mango ice cream and soursop ice cream, topped with a dragon fruit sauce
Flan caramel. A light version of the classic quesillo. We’re proud to make this with Curaçao goat milk from Eithel Joubert.

At our place, everything is homemade—with love, care, and a passion for authentic Caribbean flavors. We use fresh, locally sourced ingredients you won’t find just anywhere.

Every day, we handpick fresh aloe for our smoothies—naturally healthy and refreshing. Our pesto is a tropical twist on a classic, made with intensely flavorful Caribbean basil and the unique tayer leaf. It’s a world apart from Italian basil.

Craving tuna salad? Ours is made from fresh, line-caught tuna—delivered directly by our fisherman, not from a can. And you’ll find our favorite organic sun-dried tomatoes from Hofi Cas Cora on many of our sandwiches, soaked in olive oil and packed with flavor.
