The menus from BijBlauw, Maira’s Kitchen and Van Rooi Fish & Seafood are now live.
🥩 BijBlauw has a Cg 99 dinner with carpaccio or goat cheese to start, truffle risotto or tournedos for the main, and sgroppino or mango and white chocolate to finish. Check the menu for optional supplements.
🍴 Maira’s Kitchen offers three dinner menus at Cg 77, Cg 99 and Cg 111 per person. Think hanging tender, red snapper, grilled tuna and kesio, with choices varying by menu.
🐟 Van Rooi Fish & Seafood’s Cg 99 dinner brings octopus tartare, Curaçao lobster ceviche, mahi-mahi and whole Caribbean lobster among the choices.
