A new rooftop concept is taking shape in Curaçao. Level 91 Rooftop appears in the 91 Restaurants portfolio alongside Kaya 91, Mar Y Tierra 91 and Bistro 91. The group describes it as a Nikkei venue, bringing Japanese and Peruvian culinary traditions together in a rooftop setting.

For now, the announcement is a first look. Both the 91 Restaurants portfolio and the Level 91 website mark the venue as coming soon. An opening date, menu, hours and booking details have not been announced.
