DineOut Week Curaçao ("DineOut Week", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it and the choices available to you when you use our website, submit a Meta Instant Form or contact us.

Information we collect

• Your email address and any other contact information you choose to provide.
• Your restaurant, cuisine, menu or other feedback.
• Information connected to your Meta form response, such as the form, campaign or advertisement source and the submission date and time.
• Basic technical and website-use information, such as browser, device, IP address and cookie or analytics information, where these tools are active and permitted.

How we use your information

We may use your information to:

• administer a DineOut Week promotion or raffle and contact a selected winner;
• understand which restaurants, cuisines and dining ideas people would like to see;
• send DineOut Week updates and event news when you have agreed to receive them;
• respond to questions or requests;
• protect our forms, website and services against misuse; and
• meet legal, accounting or administrative requirements.

Entering a raffle and agreeing to receive marketing updates are separate choices. You can withdraw your email-marketing consent at any time.

Who may process your information

We may use service providers for advertising, forms, website hosting, email delivery, analytics and business administration. This may include Meta when you submit a Facebook or Instagram Instant Form. These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

If a promotion involves a restaurant or prize partner, we will share only the information reasonably needed to arrange or deliver the prize. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep information

Raffle entries and related records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to administer the promotion, resolve questions and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Email-update details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. Some limited information may remain temporarily in secure backups.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe through the link in a DineOut Week email. You may also ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw a consent you previously provided, by contacting us at hello@dineoutweek.cw.

Third-party services and links

Our website and advertisements may link to Meta, restaurants, reservation services or other third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. This privacy policy does not replace the official rules or conditions supplied for a particular raffle or promotion.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect the information we manage. Some service providers may process information outside Curaçao, subject to the safeguards and terms that apply to their services.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our forms, services or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
